What is Alvorant?

Alvorant is an AI-native intake and workflow platform for organizations that want to turn incoming information into action without stitching together a separate form builder, approval tool, document system, signature product, and integration layer.

Start with a template, build from scratch, import an existing form, or describe what you need to Concierge. Then route the submission through approvals, documents, signatures, notifications, and approved integrations while keeping your existing CRM or donor system in place when that is your system of record.

From form to action

Information comes in. Work moves forward.

What can I do with Alvorant?

Create common forms and processes for customers, volunteers, donors, employees, applicants, members, vendors, and internal teams — then automate what happens after someone clicks Submit.

Build forms for real people and real processes.

Why Alvorant?

Alvorant is designed around the whole process, not just the front-end form. Build once, automate the steps that follow, and connect the systems your organization already uses.

Start with a real process

Use the Template Library, import an existing form, or build from scratch instead of facing an empty page.

AI with guardrails

Concierge can explain, propose, and use approved typed actions without receiving arbitrary access to your systems.

Form + workflow together

Route intake through approvals, documents, signatures, notifications, and other approved workflow actions.

Keep the systems you use

Use validated native integrations, APIs, or signed webhooks instead of replacing your CRM just to automate intake.

English + Español

A single form can present reviewed English and Spanish copy while preserving the same field keys, workflow, analytics, and CRM mapping.

Precise security claims

Alvorant describes the controls actually implemented and does not claim certifications that have not been earned.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need coding experience to create a form?

No. You can use the visual builder, start with a template, import an existing form, or ask Concierge to help create the first draft. Developers can also use Alvorant's API and webhooks when deeper integration is needed.

Is Alvorant free?

Yes. Alvorant has a Free plan, plus Starter and Pro plans for higher limits and additional capabilities. See the Pricing page for the current plan limits and billing options.

Can I start from a template?

Yes. The Alvorant Template Library provides editable starting points for common forms and processes. Choosing a template creates an independent copy in your workspace so you can customize it without changing the master template.

How do I add an Alvorant form to my website?

Publish the form and use either its Alvorant-hosted URL or the approved embed code generated by Alvorant. Respondents generally do not need an Alvorant account to complete a public form.

Can I create forms in English and Spanish?

Yes. A published form can carry reviewed English and Spanish respondent-facing text while using the same field keys and workflow underneath. Spanish drafts created by AI require human review before publication.

What is Concierge?

Concierge is Alvorant's customer-facing AI guide. Ask how to build a form, choose a template, troubleshoot a workflow, understand an integration, or create a Spanish draft. Persistent actions remain constrained by authorization, validation, and review rules.

Can Alvorant connect to my CRM, AI provider, or other business tools?

Alvorant has a searchable Integration Catalog covering CRM and donor CRM, AI & Agents, productivity, automation, storage, communications, and other categories. Every integration displays a status such as Available, Available via Connect, Final validation, or Coming soon so the website does not imply that an unvalidated connector is production-ready.

Does Alvorant replace my CRM?

Not necessarily. If your CRM or donor system is your system of record, it can stay that way. Alvorant is designed to handle the intake, workflow, approvals, documents, signatures, and follow-up around it. Third-party software subscriptions and required API access are purchased separately from those providers.

How does Alvorant handle security?

Alvorant uses controls including authenticated access, role-based authorization, organization scoping, encrypted server-side credentials for supported connections, private file handling, signed-access patterns, audit/history records, and rate limiting where implemented. The Security page documents current controls without claiming certifications that have not been earned.

What happens to my forms and data if I change plans?

Changing plans does not mean Alvorant automatically deletes your existing forms or submissions. Plan limits can affect creation or future usage when an account exceeds the new allowance. The current limits and billing rules are shown on the Pricing page, and billing support can help with account-specific questions.

Do nonprofits receive a discount?

Verified nonprofit organizations can receive 50% off paid annual Alvorant plans, subject to verification and the current nonprofit program terms. Learn more on the Nonprofits page.

Can an Alvorant workflow collect payments?

Payment capabilities are shown according to their actual production status. Where a payment integration is enabled and validated for the customer account, it can participate in the workflow. Alvorant does not represent an unvalidated payment connector as live.
